Description

A rare George III mahogany brass bound open wine cooler / jardiniere; of unusual square form and small proportions; the top with a slender moulded edge above a wide brass band and original brass swan neck carrying handles to either side. The well figured mahogany body finished with scroll corner brackets raised on square inner chamfered legs terminating in original brass barrel castors. The interior with a brass lift out liner with folding handles to either side. Good colour and patina.
