School House Antiques has dated this 17th Century Side Table to the 17th Century.
The four baluster-turned legs are joined by a distinctive X-form stretcher with a central carved motif and end in bun feet. All timbers are original.
It retains a lovely deep original colour and good surface patina. Solid, practical and ready to use.
A charming example of a late 17th century oak table with elegant proportions and the classic William and Mary style.
