One beautiful hand-crafted antique Kilim cushion, with a soft brown corduroy backing to compliment the stunning ancient colours and this cushion has a soft feather insert.  This cushion has been created using an antique Anatolian Aydin kilim from circa 1870, which was beyond restoration. The early dyes of purple aubergines, and saffron yellows are truly wonderful with hints of pale blues. As this a very old piece of kilim it does have some marks on there, due to the kilims age.  The curled latch-hook design is fabulous and full of character.Each piece used for a cushion has been washed, but occasionally old marks are unable to be removed as this kilim is around 155 years old.
