An exceptional Wedgwood octagonal Lustre bowl, pattern Z5176, created by James Hodgkiss, who served as chief designer and mentor to Daisy Makeig-Jones. The bowl is decorated with a rich powder-blue ground and features finely hand-painted lily-of-the-valley motifs both inside and out—a technical achievement rare for Wedgwood at the time.
