Silk Ikat Panel, Uzbekistan, Circa 1890, 1.85m X 1.12m

This striking silk ikat panel has the ''wow'' factor. Vertical stripes with repeating stylised botehs in three colours, white fuchsia and yellow. Lined with an original printed Russian chintz from the same period. This piece would make a wonderful wall hanging, bed cover or table cover. All natural dyes. Generally good condition. Professionally cleaned.
