A large scale and very decorative 19th century antique original painted pine arched sign which is dated 1850. Complete with the original hand painted benefactions for the Hannah More Schools. Hannah More was an interesting lady who was a teacher, philanthropist, poet and playwright in the 18th century. Hannah along with her father started the Hannah More Schools. This is a beautiful large antique sign that is in amazing condition with lovely original hand painted bequeathments.
