Description

A fine late 19th century walnut and burr walnut jardinière table of shaped rectangular form, the removable top enclosing a fitted metal liner. The frieze and sides decorated with finely executed marquetry floral panels, enriched with applied gilt metal mounts and mouldings. Raised on elegant cabriole legs with gilt metal mounts and sabots.

In very good condition, with crisp marquetry, rich colour and well-preserved mounts throughout.
