A very good quality, impressive 18th century style Kingwood Bureau plat, in the manner of Zweiner. Having an inset green leather writing surface with gilt tooling. gilded ormolu mouldings and monopodia mounts to the legs, three Mahogany lined drawers, dummy drawers to the reverse, parquetry inlaid panels to the drawer fronts and sides, raised on elegant cabriole legs terminating in scrolling foliate ormolu feet.
