Description

A 19th Century Oak Miniature Chest.

With a hinged and lift up lid, fronted by a pair of blind short drawers, the lid opening to an interior of divisions filled with shells. The pair of lower long drawers likewise filled with shells. The drawers with cockbeaded edges, and turned wood knobs. The chest standing on ringed and tapered feet.

Height 11 1/2 inches, 29cm.

Width 12 inches, 30.5cm.

Depth 8 1/4 inches, 21cm.

Date circa 1850.
