Stunning Ink Stand by Erhard & Sohne

1900 - 1920
Description

Stunning Art Deco brass inlaid bronze and burr yew-wood desk ink stand by Erhard & Sohne of Germany. It is not stamped as far as I can see but definitely by the above maker. The quality and workmanship is amazing. Has its original white porcelain insert. No repairs or damage apart from a small chip to the porcelain insert. As good as any English Boulle style inkstand that I have seen.
