The Fine Art Fund has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The legs are the classic Gillows design from the pattern book, the drawer lining is made of mahogany, the casters are Cope's and the timber and construction are second to none as one would expect from Gillow. This table was bought by the previous owner from renowned antique shop Quiet Street Antiques in Bath for £3250 and the shop ticket from that purchase is included in this sale.
