A beautiful antique Edwardian bentwood coat stand, handcrafted in the classic Thonet style, dating from the early 20th century (circa 1910). Featuring elegant steam bent hooks, a decorative finial and the original umbrella ring, this timeless piece is a wonderful example of traditional bentwood craftsmanship.

Its graceful flowing curves and rich aged patina make it an ideal statement piece for a hallway, entrance, office or boutique interior. Over many decades it has developed the character that only genuine antique furniture can offer.

The coat stand is solid and stable. One upper hook is missing, as shown in the photographs, and there are visible historic repairs and age-related wear. These repairs have become part of the piece's history and add genuine antique charm and authenticity rather than detracting from its appearance.
