Tracery is architectural stonework supporting glass in a window, originating in Gothic architecture and evolving from plate tracery to more intricate bar tracery designs.

Traditional tracery was carved from fine-grained natural stones such as limestone, sandstone, and occasionally marble, selected for their workability and durability.

Authentic pieces exhibit hand-tooled chisel marks, natural weathering, historic mortar residue, and mineral deposits consistent with age and exposure.

Display them as sculptural objects on mantelpieces, bookshelves, or dedicated plinths to introduce texture, history, and architectural gravity to contemporary spaces.

Clean gently with a soft brush and dry cloth to remove dust, avoiding harsh chemicals, water saturation, or abrasive methods that could damage the porous surface.
