Description

Regency mahogany book carrier / book stand of unusual form and large proportions; the centre section with reeded edges and a carved scroll cresting and raised shaped carrying handles to either side, the reeded rectangular base with open sections to either side with shaped book supports. Raised on a shallow moulded plinth. Good colour and patination.
