Qing Dynasty Chinese Lobbed Rectangular Bowl

A superb Chinese lobed rectangular bowl, exquisitely painted with peonies and song birds on a cell floral ground. The colours are exquisite and the pinks and greens in the exterior design and gold rim are complimented by the turquoise interior. This antique bowl is in very good condition and bears the Tongzhi seal mark to the base.
 
A very beautiful Qing ceramic bowl.
