Description

An Edwardian mahogany wall hung hat and coat rack c1900. The rack lies flat against the wall and contain 4 adjustable coat or hat hooks. The rack is made of turned pieces of mahogany with acorn finials at each end. The rack hangs from 2 rings at either top end. The hooks can lie flat within the frame when not in use. This is a good useful antique example of hand made joinery in good condition for its age. There is a slight chip of wood missing above one of the rings at the back, which does not detract. Perfect for the hall, boot room, bedroom, any room in fact.

The depth from wall when hooks are out is 16cm
