Description

A wonderfully decorative French painted table, Circa 1920/30's in the Louis XV revival taste. The rectangular top is painted in a soft cream with a sage green border and stylised foliate motifs to each corner, while the moulded edge and carved details are picked out with silver gilding. The slender cabriole legs have carved foliate knees, the apron is shaped with a gentle scalloped centre, giving the piece an elegant profile from every angle.

A good, workable size and surprisingly versatile. Equally at home as a kitchen or dining table, centre table or a generous desk.

Dimensions: 142 cm wide × 76 cm deep × 71 cm high.
