Artsonline has dated this Antique Chinese Porcelain Charger to the 18th Century.
Brief Description:

The beautifully decorative piece is extensively hand-painted in rich underglaze cobalt blue, featuring an elaborate arrangement of stylised flowering plants, scrolling foliage and trailing tendrils.
The central field is surrounded by a broad decorative border containing further flowering branches, leaves and stylised floral motifs, all executed with the wonderfully free and expressive brushwork associated with early Chinese blue-and-white wares.

Particularly attractive is the considerable variation within the cobalt decoration, ranging from delicate pale blue through to areas of much deeper inky blue, giving the charger enormous character and visual depth.

The decoration continues extensively around the reverse, which is similarly embellished with scrolling flowering foliage and individual floral motifs.
Of particular interest is the underside, which incorporates a large recessed unglazed base, exposing the warm buff-coloured ceramic body together with clearly visible concentric potting and finishing marks.

The charger is unmarked, as illustrated.
The overall form, method of construction and decorative vocabulary are consistent with Chinese blue-and-white wares produced during the late 17th and early 18th centuries, around the Transitional/Kangxi period.

A substantial and highly decorative piece of early Chinese ceramics which displays beautifully and would make an excellent addition to a collection of Chinese porcelain, Kangxi-period ceramics or Asian works of art.
