Antique 20th century tilt-top table with birdcage mechanism, a beautifully designed and highly decorative piece inspired by traditional period furniture. Well made and of good quality, this attractive table combines elegant detailing with a practical and versatile design.

The table features a beautifully shaped pie-crust top supported by a traditional birdcage mechanism, allowing the top to tilt when required. Beneath is an impressive carved tripod base, terminating in classic claw and ball feet, giving the table an elegant and distinctive appearance.

The timber displays gorgeous natural grain and a rich, warm colour throughout, beautifully complementing the carved detailing and traditional form.
