A polished brass table bell, suspended within a decorative arched frame surmounted by a turned finial. The bell is supported on a baluster-shaped pedestal with a moulded hexagonal base.

The bell swings freely within the frame and produces a clear, resonant tone. It would make an attractive decorative accessory for a reception desk, shop counter, dining room or home bar.
