This fire side stand or fire cat dates to c1800 and is made of mahogany. This stand is made to hold plates or pans by the fire and rotates for ease of use. With beautiful and elegant turned wooden legs.

In good useable condition overall with a couple of minor splits to the central stem (please see photos).
