The table stands on impressive barley-twist legs, each one crisply turned and terminating in carved paw feet. A shaped stretcher unites the legs, adding both stability and a pleasing sense of balance to the design. The twin drawers are housed in the frieze, each fitted with a central keyhole and offering useful storage.
