An antique late Georgian mahogany side table of elegant, understated form, featuring fine crossbanded detailing to the drawer fronts and top edge. The table is fitted with three drawers arranged over two, each retaining circular brass handles, and raised on slender square legs. The rich mahogany surface shows attractive grain and colour throughout, with the restrained decorative detailing typical of large Georgian furniture. A versatile piece, suitable for use as a side table, writing table or hall table.
