HERE WE HAVE AN ELEGANT CONSOLE TABLE FROM THE 19TH CENTURY IN CARVED MAHOGANY IN THE ADAMS STYLE.
RECTANGULAR TOP WITH A DELICATELY CARVED MOULDED EDGE. DEEP APRON WHICH CONTAINS A SINGLE DRAWER TO THE FRONT. DECORATED WITH APPLIED SWAGS, FLUTED DETAILING AND A CENTRAL URN WITH FLORALS. RAISED ON 6 FLUTED LEGS WITH ACANTHUS LEAF DETAILING NEAR THE TOP.
RESTORATION TO TOP SURFACE WHICH HAS BEEN DONE TO A HIGH STANDARD. 1 INSET PINE PANEL REPLACEMENT TO BACK BOARDS. 1 SWAG MISSING EACH END ON THE SIDES. GOOD RICH COLOUR, RECENTLY FULLY RESTORED IN OUR WORKSHOP AND FRENCH POLISHED BY HAND.
