English Arts & Crafts Antique Oak Side Table

A very good quality, solid oak English 19th century antique octagonal side table very much in the Aesthetic style that was fashionable around 1870. This antique table top is one piece of burr oak, as is the small under shelf below. The other parts of the table are made in brown oak which is all a lovely colour. The four square and tapering legs have ornate pierced and geometric brackets with matching stretchers and to the centre is an upside down oak acorn finial. A more unusual antique Arts and Crafts side table that uses fabulous burr timbers. In excellent, strong and intact condition.
