Sharman. The engraving shows the continent with pre-independence territorial divisions, including early references to Terra Firma, New Granada, Rio de la Plata, Terra del Fuego, and the Falkland Islands. Borders are delicately hand-coloured in outline. The sheet has light age toning, a few small spots and a crease to the lower right margin, but remains in very good condition for its age.
