Technical Description
A superb hard carved Black Forest book shelf with bears and trees at each end, the central section being able to extend.
A high end example dating to the late 19th century and still in perfect working order, the shelf being able to double its length and also flatten as the bears at each end are on hinges.
A fantastic decorative item which also has a very practical use.
