A very interesting late 19th century brass horn made by Dan Godfrey & Sons. The badge on the front appears to be silver. The mouth piece is by Boosey & Co. Godfrey was established in 1890 and made a variety of musical instruments and hunting accessories. This horn could be associated with hunting, coaching or could even have been made for orchestra use. It separates into two parts. It is in very good condition with minor signs of wear along its length.
