Unusual 19th-century Russian icon enamel on copper and inscription on the reverse in enamel. Serenely painted religious saint on copper to one side of this oval plaque; to the opposite side are Russian Cyrillics in enamel on copper, with slight losses to the enamel; see photos. Unusual and interesting. Measures 7 cm in height and 4.7 cm in width.
