Krave Antiques has dated this Pocket Watch Trade Clock to the 1920s.
This hanging shop sign which is an extra large size is double sided with each side having a hand painted dial marked Josef Herzog and would have been proudly displayed on the outside of the Josef Herzog jewellery and watch shop.

This highly decorative double sided shop advertising sign has white clock faces to each side, original clock hands, glass clock face covers and is made of heavy grey patinated metal with a gilt top.
This advertising sign is a super decorative piece for use outdoors or indoors in a jewellery shop, watch dealer, bar, hotel or just a special decorative piece for your home.

Could be mounted to a wall by the attached bars.
Date: First quarter of 20th Century.
Dimensions: Height: 70 cm (27 1/2"). Depth: 14 cm (5 1/2"). Width: 53 cm (21"). Width including bracket: 62 cm (24 1/2").

Weight: Just under 11 Kg.
Condition: Good original decorative antique / vintage condition with lots of age related wear. Crazing to both dial faces, lots of patination to metal, wear to gilding and clock hands a little faded due to being hung outside for many years all which add to the stunning decorative look. Most of the clock mechanism is not present so not working but it would be easy to convert using modern movements. Please see pictures.

Please note that only the sign is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
