Gilt and Gesso has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The oval plaster relief portrait occupies its original ebonised frame, showing original glass and back and some traces of early pencil inscription on the back but no longer decipherable.
A charming antique, oval plaster relief in mostly very good original condition.
