An interesting needle work sampler by Mary Ann France, it has a 3 dimensional house which is unusual, lots of friends initials and possibly dedicated To a Dr McLeod . Fruit trees with birds atop, lots of crowns with initials under 2 dogs ,a very busy sampler slight staining to top right behind glass possibly later frame it does look Georgian but no date
