A fine and rare mid 18th Century Mahogany Tripod Table of excellent colour and patina. The boldly shaped legs with superbly carved claw & ball foot. The top with crisply carved original pie crust edge. The square block that supports the underneath of the top has been replaced at some stage, otherwise the piece is in complete original condition.
It is a wonderful and well carved example, so nice to see one with an original pie crust carved top, having lovely untouched underneath surface.
