Early 18th Century Style Walnut Lowboy Side Table

Description

-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques-

A fine quality figured walnut lowboy, in the early 18th century George II style.

c1920.

The beautifully figured walnut top, with feather banding inlay, edged with a wide walnut cross-band, above three drawers with matching feather banding, with brass ring handles, set into an attractive shaped apron.

Standing on inner chamfered square legs.

This very attractive lowboy has an abundance of figuring to the walnut throughout and has a good rich aged characterful warm colour and patina.

In excellent antique condition. A good solid heavy and sturdy item.
