A late 18th-century corner mahogany drop-leaf table. This table is uniquely designed to fit into a corner, with a triangular top that can be expanded with its drop-leaf mechanism. The table features two faux drawers with brass pull handles, providing a small storage space behind. The legs are slender and elegantly shaped, ending in pad feet, which are typical of the period. When the drop-leaf is extended, the table transforms into a larger surface supported by an additional leg that swings out for stability.
