A beautiful and extremely well made pair of antique Queen Anne style burr walnut console tables. They were made in England, they date from around the 1930’s & it’s very rare to find a pair of these.
The quality is outstanding, they have gorgeous burr walnut grain patterns and colour tones, they are a very useful size. The tops have serpentine shaped fronts with crisp carving on the edges, the cabriole legs have acanthus leaf carving at the knees and feet. The single drawers have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints and high quality brass handles.
We have had these recently re-polished, the condition is excellent.
