Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Pictorial needlework panels became prominent during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, crafted by hand using silk and wool threads on linen grounds to portray religious, allegorical, or pastoral scenes.

Antique embroidery panels typically feature fine wool crewel yarn or dyed silk thread worked in tent stitch, petit point, or stumpwork over a natural flax or linen backing fabric.

Authentic period pieces display soft colour fading from organic dyes, slight irregularities in hand-stitched tension, period-correct linen foundations, and evidence of hand-spun yarn threads.

Framing antique needlework in a simple dark wood frame allows it to function as a textured focal point in contemporary rooms, pairing effectively with minimal furniture or curated gallery walls.

Position antique textiles away from direct sunlight and fluctuating humidity levels, ensuring they are mounted behind UV-filtering protective glass using acid-free conservation materials.
