The volume is attractively bound in what looks to be the original binding, with dark leather boards, red leather title panel, six raised bands and blind stamped decoration to the spine.

There is some foxing to the page edges. The front endpapers are absent. There is some browning to the preliminary pages.

Generally the volume remains in a good attractive condition throughout.
