The quality is outstanding, this has a beautiful design and is a very practical size.
There are two drawers which have turned handles and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. There is lovely inlaid banding all around the edges, and lovely chunky carving at the top of the legs. There is a stretchered base and the legs sit on porcelain casters. The back is also nicely polished, so this can be used as a free standing item.
We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with just some minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
