Royal Vienna porcelain, produced from the mid-18th century onwards, is characterised by neoclassical figurative scenes, intricate hand painting, and rich cobalt blue and raised gold gilding.

These pieces were crafted from hard-paste porcelain, painted meticulously with enamels by skilled artisans, and embellished with heavy gilt work fired at high temperatures.

Authentic pieces often feature a beehive or shield mark underneath, though later revival pieces also bear similar factory marks alongside detailed hand-painted numbering.

Display it on a mantelpiece or bookshelf as a focal point, pairing it with complementary metallic accents and neutral textures to highlight its intricate artwork.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth, avoid immersion in water to protect fragile gilt details, and keep out of direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
