Small free-standing ceramic sculpture, made as a table or mantel ornament: single figures and facing pairs of people and animals, in porcelain or moulded earthenware.
The oldest figures to pass through Sellingantiques are an Egyptian faience shabti and a terracotta Astarte figure, both dated to around 2000-1700 BC.
