Art Deco Mirror Glass Cocktail Tray with Copper Handles

1920 - 1940
Description

Attractive art deco cocktail tray / drinks tray with a beautifully foxed, bevelled edge mirror glass base, copper handles and bun feet.

Measurements:

Bed of tray: 41.5cm x 30cm

Length to widest points (handle to handle): 46.25cm

Height to top of handles: 5.75cm

Condition: Very good condition. Beautiful patina to the mirror plate. Some small cloudy surface marks near the edges of the bed of the tray, that can only be seen from certain angles and are largely disguised by the foxing. No chips or damage. A few extremely minor/tiny nibbles to the very edge when inspected closely. The handles have a semi-polished appearance to the front. The back of the handles have been left unpolished and have some small spots of verdigris. The tray is strong, heavy and sits perfectly straight/flat.
