Antique English Georgian Real Ironstone China Vegetable Tureen and Cover

A fine and colourful Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian Ironstone Tureen and Cover, boldly decorated in an Imari palette with a basket-like vase of peonies, the underside of the tureen impress marked REAL IRONSTONE CHINA together with the letter F. Masons introduced their Patent Ironstone China in 1813, but, according to Geoffrey Godden, { Mason's China and the Ironstone Wares ~ A.C.C. Woodbridge 1980 }, within a few years, the description "Ironstone China" was taken up by other manufacturers, thus, while one might hazard a guess, it is not possible to identify the Maker of this piece with certainty.
