A large Regency Period rosewood drum table. The top features a re-placed hand dyed black leather writing surface with blind and gold tooling and set within a cross-banded edge. The frieze below having four true drawers interspersed with four ''dummy'' drawers and all with cock beading, turned pulls and working locks with keys. The top is supported on an octagonal tapering column with applied mouldings joining the triform platform base with carved edge and raised on brass casters. Condition- Very good.
