TJR Trading has dated this Famille Rose Porcelain Mug to the 18th Century.
The body of the mug is painted with a central reserve depicting two groups of figures.
The reserves have red line borders. The handle is of a simple loop form.

There is a chip to the rim which has created two horizontal cracks. There is a crack to the handle, which has had some restoration. There is wear and fading to quite a lot of the enamel, particularly to the eyes of the figures, the red borders and anything picked out in grey. There are only traces of gilded borders.
