Description

An Antique Sheraton satinwood side table of small proportions of Sheraton design, early 19th Century, the nicely figured satinwood with boxwood and ebony strung inlay, the rectangular top over two drawers with circular brass drop handles, raised on slender tapering legs.

Provenance: with old hand-written note stating the table was originally the property of Lady Buckingham (likely referring to Anne Elizabeth Temple-Nugent-Chandos-Grenville, Duchess of Buckingham and Chandos (1790-1836), the Marchioness of Buckingham from 1813 - 1822).
