A particularly fine Victorian mahogany two-leaf extending dining table, combining elegant period design with superb practicality. Crafted from beautifully figured mahogany, the table displays the rich colour, depth and naturally developed patina so highly sought after in quality Victorian furniture.

The generous dining surface is supported by four beautifully proportioned ring-turned and finely fluted legs, each terminating in brass castors, giving the table an elegant and distinguished appearance whilst allowing it to be positioned with ease.

The table incorporates a traditional and highly practical pull-out extending mechanism, allowing it to accept up to two additional leaves. When fully extended, it provides ample accommodation for up to ten guests, making this an exceptional table for both formal entertaining and family dining.
