CJ Antiques has dated this Art Deco Iron Screen to the 1920s.
The focal point is a beautifully executed elliptical 3D , rom the pot bursts a dynamic, multi-layered cluster of 3D agave-style fronds, framed by elegant scrolling tendrils and anchored below by a geometric wave motif. Above, a stylized sunburst in bronze projects clean, radiating iron rays into a sky of fluid, bent-wire clouds—a quintessential and optimistic Art Deco narrative.

Originally commissioned as a high-end architectural element—likely a decorative door grille, luxury transom, or winter garden sidelight panel .Provenance: Sourced from an elite continental dealer 50 years ago and held in a single private collection until now. Condition Offered in excellent, structurally robust antique condition. The ironwork displays a beautiful, naturally aged verdigris and multi-tone patina that highlights the deep sculptural relief of the fronds and planter.
