The table top is profusely inlaid with intricate marquetry, featuring a finely detailed central floral bouquet surrounded by scrolling foliate borders and geometric banding, executed in contrasting veneers that create a rich and vibrant surface.The height-adjustable top tilts to form an angled drafting surface, revealing a useful storage compartment beneath, and the table also retains a single drawer to the front with brass ring handles.
