Gillers Antiques Ltd has dated this Porcelain Boy Posy Holder to the Edwardian era.
The modelling is refined, the movement natural, and the applied floral details carefully executed.

The underglaze blue KPM mark identifies production at the Krister factory in Waldenburg, Silesia. The firm deliberately adopted a mark visually related to that of the Berlin KPM, reflecting both ambition and confidence in quality. By the mid-19th century, Krister was already recognised as a major European manufacturer and received awards in Paris in 1852 and 1867.

A charming decorative object for refined interiors and a distinctive example of Silesian figural porcelain.
